2. Technical Specifications & Tolerances
ARCOS Capacitors, cable clips, and nylon cable ties are manufactured to strict industrial standards (including ISO 9001 and CE norms). Capacitance ratings, operational voltages, dimensions, and tolerances are subject to manufacturer specifications. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm component compatibility with their final products.
3. Quote Requests & Pricing
All quotation requests made via the website's slide-out drawer or contact forms are non-binding inquiries. Formal commercial invoices and pricing agreements are validated through offline confirmation by M.G. Industries' sales officers based on quantity, taxes, and freight logistics.
4. Warranty & Liability
We provide manufacturer warranties against component production defects. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the supplied electrical components (capacitors, ties, or clips). We are not liable for any consequential damage caused by system failures in appliances or industrial machinery where these components are installed.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with the supply of ARCOS components or use of this website shall be governed by the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida/Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Safety & Application Warning
Electrical capacitors store significant charge and present high voltage shock risks if handled improperly. Installation, replacement, or testing of ARCOS capacitors must be conducted by certified electricians or trained technicians only.
